Sylvan founded Cedar Street to give ambitious brands a simpler, more connected path from idea to opening. Sylvan blends design and development thinking, shaped by work with growth-minded operators like Dig, Maple, and Pilotworks. Today he partners with operators to deliver a full-service approach, where strategy, design, and delivery move as one.
Director of Construction
Zoran brings a technical construction experience and the systems mindset he sharpened as in-house Director of Construction at Common. Zoran specializes in building complex systems that hold up at scale, leading with clear direction, aligning partners and actively mitigating risks to protect time, cost, and scope.

Lauren serves as Design Director at Cedar Street Creative, bringing extensive experience from her previous leadership roles at WeWork and Common. With a sharp eye for innovative hospitality and commercial spaces, she leads our creative team in developing distinctive environments for ambitious brands.

Allie specializes in commercial kitchen design - balancing flow, equipment, and utilities to support throughput without sacrificing experience. She advances test fits to coordinated CDs with care for both front- and back-of-house realities.
