Inday's 2024 expansion included 6 new locations completed in 6 months. Led by Cedar Street, a new prototype was developed and systematically applied to each renovation—closing an existing restaurant for one month, completing the work, then moving to the next location in sequence.

Six locations in six months with only one-month closures per site meant there was no margin for error. We developed a new prototype upfront, then ran it like a production line: prefabricated elements, sequenced vendor schedules, and overlapping permitting timelines across all six sites. By treating the rollout as one coordinated program instead of six separate projects, we eliminated the typical learning curve and kept Inday's revenue disruption to a minimum. The result: a fleet of refreshed restaurants delivered on time, on budget, and nearly flawlessly.
