When preparing to sign a lease for Rasa's 5th location, the team turned to Cedar Street to build on their growing, enthusiastic brand with an infusion of new design standards, updated programs, and a visual representation of their growth trajectory.
By location five, Rasa had momentum—but they also had the opportunity to evolve. We used the Rockville project as a strategic moment to refine what was working, introduce new design elements that better represented the brand's maturity, and codify standards that would make future locations more efficient. The goal wasn't just to open another restaurant—it was to set the foundation for the next phase of growth with a prototype that reflects where Rasa is headed, not just where they've been.
