Building around robotics meant coordinating disciplines that don't typically work together—interior designers, industrial engineers, and software teams all needing to align on millimeters, not inches. We managed the integration between Spyce's proprietary kitchen technology and the physical space, ensuring power loads, ventilation, and customer sightlines all worked in harmony. The two flagships became proof that automation and hospitality could coexist, setting the stage for Sweetgreen's eventual acquisition.
